Welcome! I'm so glad you're here!
Top of the page is all about a story. I'm reluctant to call it my story, because I don't feel it's really mine. God is telling a story with my life - it's His story - and I'm fortunate enough to be the leading lady. This particular story also features a loving husband, a sassy 9 year old girl, and a wild 6 year old boy. They are my favorite people on earth.
Each day, Jesus authors my faith, if I let Him. I'm challenged, and stretched and sometimes I make a complete mess of what He's trying to do in my life. I try to give Him something to write about. He tries to keep me on a path that leads to love and fulfillment. And this little blog is where I share all of that with you. Sharing my journey is part of the story too, because our stories matter. They really matter.
We all have stories to tell, and maybe mine can help you in some way. Maybe yours can help me. But we just don't know how God can use our stories unless we offer them up and tell them. That's why I'm here.
My hope is that we can learn from one another, give each other grace and encouragement on the bad days, and press on together in our journeys of faith. So don't let me just talk at you! Talk back. Tell me where you're at. Share the story being written in your own life, if you want. And most of all, know that every word I write at top of the page is written with love. For God, and for you.
